I am pleased to announce that one of my former associates has agreed to come on board and be our Music Editor. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with Jason and his heart for ministry and his passion for G3 and what it is doing to help worship ministries around the world.

Jason Millsap’s is a worship leader and songwriter currently serving as worship pastor at Albuquerque’s First Baptist Church in New Mexico. He has previously served as music associate at First Baptist Euless, Texas and worship pastor at Northside Baptist Church in Tifton, Georgia.

After graduating from Carson Newman College, Jason continued his education at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas receiving a Master of Arts in Worship. Growing up in Knoxville, Tennessee, Jason became a Christ Follower at the age of six. He says, “My passion is leading people in worship through music. My purpose in life is to love God, evangelize the lost, and help others become closer to God through music. It thrills my soul to help others truly worship in spirit and truth. It is a privilege to have such a great opportunity to lead worship every week.” He and his wife, Andrea, have two sons, Jonathan (3), and Jaden (4 months).
